“It’s a just a min away from the beach on foot, it’s in the best location of kalkan. We really enjoyed our stay. Kalamaki Flats are fully equipped with coffee machines, dishwashers etc. You won’t need anything. The terrace has the most gorgeous view of the sea, nibbling on your food and sipping your wine to that amazing view was such a great experience. The housekeeping is so lovely and they did a great job despite our messy 5 year old. As a bonus, they have the sustainability certificate which shows that they care about the environment. Highly recommended.”

“Ferhan was an incredible host, her house is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location just 2 minutes walk from the beach and 2 minutes walk in the other direction to the main strip of shops bars and restaurants! She couldn’t have done more for me, her and her husband went above and beyond to stay up for me to help me when I arrived, checked in with me and helped me if I needed anything during my stay! It was a pleasure to stay with her and I will be back again for another stay!”

“One of the best apart flats that I ever stayed. Well design spacious and spotless rooms makes you feel at your home like. The Owner Mrs Ferhan is always there for you makes everything enjoyable. Its just 3 minute away from the public beach and 5 minutes to center You will get a welcome pack including fruits and a day breakfast when you check in you dont need to worry about the food. You can find everything you need in the rooms. The Apart has a fantastic roof view that feel you great. You can have your meals and drinks at the roof. We will be there again for sure”
